LIFETIME Parent Leadership Summit 2010
  
   

June 16 th - 17 th, 2010

Sacramento, California

Join CalWORKs students and their children from around the state and learn how our families can organize to stop the Governor’s proposal to eliminate CalWORKs and subsidized childcare, cut funding for community college programs, and limit our futures!

Children are welcome, and supervised children’s activities will be provided on-site.

Registration: $250.00 / FREE for LIFETIME Members

Annual dues are $60 - become a LIFETIME member today!

LIFETIME is providing sponsorships for transporation, meals, and lodging for current CalWORKs parents.

  
   
 

If you're not a CalWORKs student, but would like to support someone who is, you can sponsor their attendance at the summit by making a donation to LIFETIME today - no donation is too little - nor is any donation too big! 

  • A $50 donation will cover the cost of meals for one parent. 
  • A donation of $100 will cover the cost of the hotel room for one family. 
  • A contribution of $200 will cover roundtrip airfare for a parent from Southern California to attend the event.
  • And a generous donation of $500 will sponsor the entire cost for a CalWORKs parent and her children to attend!
