Other Ways you can Support LIFETIME:

In addition to your cash donation, we also welcome donations of your
time and energy. If you're interested in getting involved in our exciting
and important work, there are many ways you can, including:

 Parent leadership opportunities - if you're a low-income
parent, join our Parent Leadership Committee and learn leadership, public speaking, and advocacy skills. Join other student parents from throughout California in bringing our collective voice to the decision-making processes on public policies that will lift your family out of poverty for good!
  Public Education - whether you're a LIFETIME supporter, educator, community leader, or concerned citizen, you can support our work by participating in public education activities to raise awareness of the policy strategies that will help low-income parents become educated, employed and economically secure. This can be as simple as helping with a postcard campaign or petition, or joining us at state budget hearings this spring - please let us know how you'd like to help!
  Volunteer! You can support our work in many ways, by participating in outreach to parents in our community, to answering phone, or wrapping presents for children at our annual Holiday Party, there are many ways you can help.
